A graduate of psychology in Warsaw School of Social Psychology where she acquired competence in the field of managing human resources, organizing and conducting trainings as well in developing interpersonal skills.

Having organized workshops in improving non- verbal communication, interpersonal and presentational skills and trainings in the field of the job market awareness and socially responsible business, she acquired her experience as a trainer.

She works in the department for business development in an international consulting company, where she cooperates with the leaders of different branches in setting goals and planning marketing strategies for those companies.

A job in consulting enables her to be close to business, challenges dictated by the market and observation of what is necessary to mange people successfully.

During the course of study, she became interested in the subject of leadership and analyzed its various concepts in relation to its practical use in business.

At present she surveys the latest trends in modern ways of training people, especially those which teach practical skills that bring visible effects.
She believes that trainings with horses bring amazing short- term effects, particularly when a person is ready to look into the inside and face the feedback, which horses provide. |
