Ilona Popławska

Ilona is a HorseDream partner, certified Horse Assisted Education (HAE) trainer and a member of the European Assiociation of Horse Assisted Education (EAHAE) and a certified coach in the TROP method. Ilona runs workshops developing psychosocial skills, personal effectiveness and leadership.

She has taken part in many workshops in developmental programmes for management. Ilona has been working in a business environment for over 10 years, the bigger part of which she spent managing teams.

Passionate about people, she is interested in  psychological and business concepts which focus on personal development and help people to fulfill their goals and dreams. Coaching, the integral psychology of CC Jung, the psychology of the work of Arnold Mindell are at the center of her theoretical  interests.  She  fell in love with horses as a child, now she also appreciates these animals for what they can teach humans.

Katarzyna Lubbe-Kwaśniak

Katarzyna is a psychologist, coach, HorseDream trainer and a licensed trainer of Horse Assisted Education. She also supervises workshops guided by the HAE method.

A Co-founder of Spirit of Leadership she introduced the Horse Assisted Education method in Poland. She is accredited to grant licences to other trainers working with the HAE method based on the HorseDream concept.

Katarzyna is a consultant in the HR department in an international consultancy firm. Her work gives her the opportunity to stay attuned to the business environment, recognise the ever changing pressures and demands of the market and, most importantly, recognise what it takes to effectively manage people.

She keeps track of international trends in business training that are effective in teaching practical skills and bring about tangible results. She is convinced that workshops with horses are incredibly effective, especially when their participants are ready to absorb the feedback they receive from these animals.
