Art of Leadership
We all have to manage ourselves but some of us also manage others. Each of us witnesses leadership every day. At the Art of Leadership workshops we have the opportunity to experience conscious leadership in a unique way. Everything you have seen, heard or experienced will gain a new meaning. Which tools do I use as a leader? What things am I well aware of and what lies beneath? What do I communicate verbally? These are only a few of the many questions we will be trying to answer through our workshops. And the answers will not be brought by theories but by our own learning experience.
The concept is based on the idea of learning leadership through experience. This approach is reflected in our belief that leadership is not something we can learn, it is the process of learning.
Workshops consist of several practical exercises with horses giving us the opportunity to experience leadership in a variety of ways, to discover a multitude of ways of building a rapport and allowing us to see ourselves as active agents creating our world. Exercises are followed by discussions focused on our experiences. There are no role-plays or theoretical psychological lectures. We stay focused on experience, involving us mentally and emotionally to such a degree that it brings long-lasting results.
In accordance with our principle of experience-based learning we invite the participants to 5 practical exercises. The metaphors they are connected with are expanded upon during 5 short theoretical sessions.

The workshops stir up a lot of reflections helping you to better co-operate with your employees, to manage projects more effectively and to build a better rapport with your clients.

The Art of Leadership is a standard workshop of European Association of Horse Asssited Education (EAHAE), popular all over the world. The workshops are run by trainers qualified by EAHAE. The participants do not need any previous horse experience. In fact, the less you know about horses the better. What you might find useful are openness and courage to experience something new and see the familiar in a new light. It is no more than what the modern world requires from us every day.
Exercises with horses take place in an indoor arena or outdoor ground. The participants should dress in sportswear suited for a given time of year and wear trekking boots.
Target group: management of any level, people responsible for staff development, HR managers, entrepreneurs
The number of participants in one group: : 6 to 8 persons. Each person will have their own individual learning path.
Price: PLN 1500 brutto. The price includes: workshops, teaching materials, dinner, drinks and snacks.
