Employee development programmes
Horse Assisted People Development is a well -recognised method of developing leadership, communication skills and other important competences.
Horses as herd animals are very sensitive to any signs of lack of cohesiveness on any level – whether in emotions, thoughts or attitudes. Special exercises help us benefit from these and other unique equine qualities such as a natural cooperative streak, independence, being ‘here and now’, giving us the opportunity to discover and experiment with various non-verbal and emotional aspects of communication and leadership.
The areas that require our clients’ attention are discussed during coaching sessions after each exercise. This is a way to make sure that each participant works on the areas that interests him.
Our workshops are not constricted by any pre-imposed ideas. The participants are the ones who decide which areas need their attention and then have an opportunity to talk about them after each exercise with the horses. It is like MBA with horses…

Workshops usually run in the following cycle: group or individual activities, short exercises with horses, exchange of thoughts and discussion with or without the participation of our facilitator.
The inclusion of horses in the process of learning will promote creativity and ideas unifying rational thinking with intuition and emotions.
